Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager specializing in ServiceNow implementations, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful delivery of ServiceNow projects for our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage project timelines and budgets, and ensure that project objectives are met with the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end ServiceNow implementation projects, from initiation to closure, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget constraints.
- Collaborate with clients to define project requirements, objectives, and success criteria, and ensure alignment with business goals and priorities.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, task assignments, timelines, and milestones, and effectively communicate project status and progress to stakeholders.
- Coordinate and manage cross-functional project teams, including ServiceNow developers, system administrators, business analysts, and other stakeholders, to ensure seamless execution of project activities.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively, and escalate as needed to ensure timely resolution and minimize project disruptions.
- Monitor project budgets, expenses, and resource utilization, and provide regular updates and forecasts to management and clients.
- Collaborate with sales and account management teams to identify opportunities for additional services and support client relationship management activities.
- Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features, enhancements, and best practices, and provide guidance and recommendations for continuous improvement and optimization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience managing IT projects, with a focus on ServiceNow implementations.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices, with experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end ServiceNow implementation projects, including scope definition, resource planning, budget management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), are highly desirable.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
